Refund Policy

Our promise is simple: if you're not happy, you get your money back.

We stand behind everything we make. If your Evolv order isn't right for you, for any reason, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund.

What's covered

• Every product purchased directly from our online store
  
• A full refund of the product price to your original payment method

What we ask

• Your refund request is made within 30 days of delivery
  
• Items are returned in their original packaging where possible

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@goevolv.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and address.
3. Ship your item(s) back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover return shipping.
